Just rewatched Logan and I can easily say it is a top notch movie. I know alot of people have issues with some of the X-Men films, myself included, but you need them for this one. Every moment between Charles and Logan is amazing and it comes off as an out pour of their history together. The scene with them at dinner, Logan giving Charles the medicine, and the moment Logan went to check on Charles rather than go after his clone with the girl, were absolutely done perfectly.
It was sad to see such a powerful duo broken down by time. A mind once used for helping so many now subdued. A man who is just shy of 200 years old who has been battered, beaten, and broken so many times to finally give up on living. They captured the end for both of these characters in a way that we never wanted to imagine.
